In general, we think it is important that we share the same values as our clients. We want to support people who share a similar vision of the future that we do, and who we can also relate to as they progress through home and property ownership and financial independence.

So many of our clients are part of the FIRE movement because they started to research a lifestyle and habits built around financial freedom. For a lot of people, this education also coincided with thinking about the gig economy and how to get ahead with your existing assets (Airbnb, Turo, Fluid) or additional streams of income (Lyft drivers, second jobs, passive income.)

We entered this world because our number one concern was being our own bosses. We knew that ownership of our own time (being our own bosses) was most important to us, as it is to many of you as well. Whether that looks like a short or long term goal, we share that value and want to help.

As FIRE real estate agents, we likely operate like many other real estate agents, but we share your goals, can speak to books, podcasts and elearning courses that can be useful and we know how to help you get a property that can be partially rented out, and reduce or eliminate your mortgage.
